The organic farm C. R., registered in the AIAB, organically produces oranges, lemons, tangerines, citrons, quinces, avocados, kiwis and other exotic fruit. Garden products, the renowned Red Onion, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, tomatoes, olives, oil…and banana trees with small, delicious fruits. Products that play a leading role in the kitchen, for delicious and genuine dinners. The ones with a sweet tooth will gladly find these fruits again in delicious jams.

The Calabrian cuisine which,with the exception of a few delicious products known around the world and protected by PDO, such as the Red Onion of Tropea, deserves to be taken care of and revived with the due attention and imagination… The complexity of flavours, and the wide gastronomic variety, from fish to meat, are the result of the numerous contaminations underwent by such a variegated territory: Byzantines, Normans, Angevins, Aragoneses, and the crystal clear mark left by Kingdom of Naples…
