The villa is made up of the main structure consisting of 2 double rooms, a room with a three-quarter bed and three bathrooms, a kitchen and a large sitting room with a fireplace.

10metres distant from the house there is the cottage consisting of a double room, a single room, a bathroom with shower and a private gazebo outdoor. Hence two families can be lodged at the same time.

On the ground floor there is a parlour which gives onto the veranda where table-tennis tournaments and farmhouse dinners can be organised thanks to the facilities at disposal.
