The origins of Carbognano date back to the Etruscan or Roman age.

Its location is perfect because you can easily and quickly reach the most important and interesting attractions of the area.

Connections to Rome are direct and fast: you can reach Rome in only 30 minutes.

The villa is immersed in a huge garden of 107.000 square feet, it welcomes its guests in a relaxing and peaceful ambience.

Its park is extremely well kept and offers a charming view: very high trees and a lovely little lake with water lilies and red fish.

The guests have full enjoyment of the villa for the whole stay: the villa has also a big rectangular swimming-pool (15x7 mt),
with sun beds, table, chairs and sun shower.
 
The swimming-pool is surrounded by a cotto tiled floor and a perfectly kept lawn where you can pluck lovely and scented country flowers.
