Fienile (4 people +1): independent unit of about 1600 sq feet. Its name comes from the name of the windows with the shape of “honeycombs” located on the upper floor, where hay used to be stored in the past times. It is a two storey unit: oak chestnut and wrought iron stairs connect the 2 floors. The walls are painted with the colours of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses, the floor is made of handmade cotto and the ceilings have been restored with chestnut beams. You can enter the unit through a big door with a central arch or through side glass windows. The ground floor is a loft divided into three parts separated by old stone arches. The central room divides the 2 rooms on both sides and has stairs and a small bathroom; on the right there is a brick kitchen with a dining-room, on the left a relax room with sofas and a big stone fireplace in the middle. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms: one with pool view and poster bed with private bathroom with shower: the other one is a double room and has garden view, 2 beds and private bathroom with shower and washing machine. Both rooms have air conditioning. Next to “Il Fienile”, on the pool side, there is a wooden veranda with fully equipped barbecue, perfect for lunches and dinners.

Colonica: (6 +2 people) unit with independent entrance and a surface of about 2000 sq feet. It is located inside the main building. It is a two storey unit and the 2 floors are connected by stone and wrough-iron stairs. On the ground floor there are 2 big rooms. The one on the left has a fireplace with dining area, the ceiling has a brick vault: inside this room there is a big mahogany billiard table. The room on the right has stairs leading to the upper floor, a kitchen and relax area. Both rooms have stone walls and oak parquet flooring. The upper floor has a wide round vestibule with a brick vault: from here you can go to the other rooms. There are 3 master bedrooms (one with loft), all have parquet flooring, ceiling with chestnut beams and lime-painted walls. There are two bathrooms: one with crystal shower completely tiled with mosaics; the second one is lager (200 sq feet) with 2 sinks, big whirlpool tub, big whirlpool shower box, sauna, steam bath, chromotherapy for 2 people, parquet flooring and stone lime-painted walls. Guests have a big garden and a wooden outdoor veranda at their disposal.

Granaio (2 people): it can be used together with the other units or independently and is about 1000 sq feet. It is very bright, its ceiling is made of chestnut beams; it has 2 big bow glass windows leading to a balcony equipped to eat outside. This unit is mostly developed on the ground floor where you find a bathroom with shower, laundry, a big fully equipped steel kitchen with brick wood stove, a big round table for 14 people and a relax area with sofa and fireplace. Stone stairs lead to a wooden loft protected by wrought-iron banisters, where there is a master bedroom. Ideal for the organization of dinners and cooking classes (upon request).
