Weekly rates include expenses (heating is not included in the wintertime), weekly linen change, bed linen, bathroom, cold and hot water, electricity, gas, cleaning at the end of the week, upkeep of the garden and swimming-pool;
Heating in the wintertime is not included and will be charged according to consumption.

Heating is independent: upon arrival and departure you will check together the number marked on the counter located in the master switch: the cost is 4 euros/cubic metre.

Linen: In case your stay is longer than one week, linen will be changed on Saturday mornings, it is always possible to ask for an additional change or maid service during the week. In this case the cost is € 15,00.

Deposit: 500 euros to be paid upon arrival .
