La Terrazza is a three room apartment (65 sq. m.) at the first floor with a large private terrace (60 sq. m.) and external staircase. There is a large brick fireplace and the kitchen has buit-in cabinets. There are one bathroom with shower and two bedrooms plus a sofa-bed in the living room (sleep 4+2).
