Naturally-leavened pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, grilled Florentine-style steak, Tuscan panzanella (bread and tomato salad), homemade pasta just like grandmother’s, tomato sauces, bruschettas with porcini mushrooms and truffle.
The cooking courses will be held during the vacationers’ stay, with a menu prepared choosing dishes typical of the area; regional menus can also be prepared upon request.
At the end of the cooking classes the vacationers can taste the dish prepared together with the chef.
The courses will be for three days during the week, with the days booked in relation to the confirmed accommodations.
